Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address and the state your business is in. Optionally your first name, and whether your company is already registered.

If you are a chartered accountant or a firm registering interest: your email address, your city and state, and whether you practise on your own or run a firm. Optionally your name, your firm's name, a rough band for how many clients you handle, and your membership or firm registration number.

If you use the setup wizard: non-sensitive company details you enter — company type, incorporation date, GST status, turnover band, headcount band, and similar.

We do not ask for passwords, financial account numbers, or government identity documents.

2. Where it is stored

Waitlist and CA interest submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and also sent to our team by email (Resend). Contact form messages are sent by email only. Wizard progress is saved in your browser so you can resume, and if you create an account your profile is stored in our database.

Nobody can read the waitlist through the website. It can only be added to.

If you have an account, we email you reminders about your filings, sent through our email provider (Resend). For each reminder we keep a record of which filing it was about, when it was sent, and whether Resend reported it delivered, delayed, bounced or marked as spam. This is how we make sure no reminder is sent twice, and how we notice if our emails are not reaching you. The record holds no company details and is deleted with your account.

Before we store your company details we ask you to agree, and keep a note of when you did and the exact words you agreed to. On your account page you can turn reminder emails off, or delete your account — that removes your company details, filing record, reminder history and answers for good.

3. How we use it

To generate your compliance calendar, to send you the emails you request, and to respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data and we do not send newsletters.

The state and city you give us are used to decide which state we build for next. They are counted, not published — no list of who has signed up is shown anywhere.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, email) and only as needed to operate it. Where you choose to engage a CA through PrathamOS, relevant details are shared with that CA with your consent.

5. Your choices

You can clear browser-stored wizard data at any time by clearing site data. To see, correct or delete anything we hold — including removing yourself from the waitlist — contact us and we will action it.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
