1. What we collect

Email address and, if you use the setup wizard, non-sensitive company details you enter (company type, incorporation date, GST status, turnover band, and similar). We do not ask for passwords, financial account numbers, or government IDs.

2. Where it is stored

Wizard progress is saved in your browser (localStorage) so you can resume. If you create an account, your profile is stored in our database (Supabase). Waitlist and contact submissions are sent to our team by email (Resend).

3. How we use it

To generate your compliance calendar, to send you the emails you request, and to respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, email) and only as needed to operate it. Where you choose to engage a CA through PrathamOS, relevant details are shared with that CA with your consent.

5. Your choices

You can clear browser-stored wizard data at any time by clearing site data. To access or delete account data, contact us.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
